MB Studio ("we") is a trading name of Michael Bryce, a sole trader, who is the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect. Your name, your work email address, your job title if it is published, your company's details, and anything you choose to tell us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Where it comes from. If you contacted us, from you. If we contacted you first: Companies House (company and officer details), and your company's own website.

Why, and our lawful basis. To offer your business a website, reply to you, send you the mock-up you asked for and, if you become a customer, to build and look after your site. Our basis is our legitimate interest in contacting businesses about their websites, or taking steps at your request before a contract.

Who handles it for us. Our email provider, the AI provider whose tools help us write and build, and our hosting (a server on Amazon Web Services in London). Payments are handled by Stripe. Each acts only on our instructions.

How long. If we don't hear back, we delete your details 6 months after our last email. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address and the date, so we never contact you again.

Your right to object. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying "stop" to any email from us, and we will.

Your other rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by replying to any email from us or through the form on our homepage.

Complaints. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first by replying to any email or through the form on our homepage, and we'll reply within 10 working days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
